Born in Garston, a sub district of Liverpool England,
Eddie French began writing at the age of nine.
After walking out of school at
the incredibly wise old age of fifteen
years, he found work in a local factory.
Disillusioned with factory life, or was it the work ethic thing? he
joined the British Army.
His five years of duty included a tour of the far east and a two-year
tour of Northern Ireland.
After surviving all of this, he took up life as a civilian.
That's when it got really difficult.
After catching up on a lost education by attending a
local college, studying Maths to A level
and then an engineering HNC course at
Liverpool University, Eddie re-joined the working
population.
Five gloriously boring years in a middle management position with an
International Construction Company which will remain nameless, confirmed
his suspected concerns about the work ethic thing.
There was only one thing to do.
Back to College.
Visual Basic Programming. Delphi. Database Management. Systems
Analysis.......
The Compulsory IT Degree.
After all that College it was really time to pick up
the writing from where he had left it all those years ago.
